Need to apply for citizenship of naturalization replacement?

A Certificate of Naturalization is a document issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and the Federal Courts or certain State Courts on or before September of 1991, as proof of a person obtaining U.S. citizenship through naturalization, which is a legal process of obtaining a new nationality.

A Certificate of Citizenship is a document issued by USCIS as proof of a person having obtained U.S. Citizenship through birth parents being U.S. citizens, even though the birth took place somewhere other than the U.S. Or, your parents became naturalized when you were under 18 years of age and have met the special conditions of the law.
