it is so hard to stay calm when everything goes wrong at the exact same time. i used to get so irritated by small mistakes and end up ruining my whole afternoon. that heavy buildup of daily frustration makes it impossible to enjoy a mindfull life. i found a simple way out by venting into logsday during my afternoon break. typing it out helps me process the annoyance and let it go completely. it feels like a quick chat that resets your brain so you can finish your day with a smile.
