Another solid option worth checking out is the SysTools IMAP Migration Tool. It works similarly for directly moving emails between any IMAP accounts, but the nice thing is it’s available natively on both Windows and macOS. It also handles delta migration (so you don't re-copy duplicate emails) and preserves the original folder structure.
Good to see more decent tools out there for this—doing it manually via desktop clients almost always freezes up halfway through.
