Yes, it will be beneficial for both mother and baby to do yoga during pregnancy. It will help relax and provide pregnancy, birth, and labour with physical needs. However, you must be careful that yoga does not harm your pregnancy while doing yoga. Here are some asanas of Yoga for your pregnancy.
For first trimester – Tadasana, Majariasana, Uttanasana, Shavasana
For second trimester – Virbhadrasana, Meru Aksharshanasan, Utthanasan, Vajrasan
For third trimester – Pranayam, Utkatasana, Trikonasana
