People don't really understand that sometimes when they are losing weight, they may be losing muscle first and holding on to fat.Go to one of your local Weight Loss Centers and learn about weight loss so you will really understand how to lose weight.

Thanks for sharing this incredible list of books. I like to read books on health related topics and I will definitely read them as well. Such books have lots of knowledge regarding  health and its related issues. It makes me feel inspire and motivated. Taking care of our health is really very important. A healthy body is the source of happiness and laughter.
