Hi James,
Informative post and like to share some tips to cure headaches.
Watch what you eat and drink large glass of water. Taking a hot shower or having deep massage are effective in curing headaches. Use ice packs on the back of your neck or rub the pads between your thumbs also helps in coping with headaches. Put on soothing music and drink a cup of hot peppermint or coffee.
