Freelance designers, please review this site

Hey guys,
I've helped create a freelance advertising website & we'd really like some feedback.  Could you check it out, & then let me know what you think?  Do you have any suggestions?  What do you think about the concept?  It's a site where businesses can request custom advertising from freelance designers.  After looking at our site, do you think the concept is clear upon first arrival?
