Don't know if this is a scam...but he has a history of scamming people. Received a lot of money from many people over a year ago for a different program and did not fulfill promised service or has any plans to in the future... Took hundreds of thousands of dollars, and did not provide anything in return, no refunds either. I have a feeling this will turn out the same
