The 90-10 Rule can change your life. Here's what it says.
1. Spend 90% of your time doing and 10% of your time learning
2. Spend 90% of your work hours on income producing activities and 10% on everything else
3. Spend 90% of your time with the 10% of your team that is putting in the work
Most people do the complete opposite and struggle in their business.
Don't make the mistake of getting ready to get ready, and thinking you have to know every little detail before you start building a business.
Don't make the mistake of spending your time on busy work when you should be retailing and recruiting.
Don't spend your time trying to drag people across the finish line and make them successful. That is a waste of time. Work with the willing.
I hope you will follow the 90-10 Rule in your own business. I hope you will evaluate yourself in each area and look for ways to improve.
