Magento Tax per store view (https://bsscommerce.com/magento-tax-per-store-view.html) is an extension that can help store owners to set up different taxes for a product in various countries. It is impossible in default Magento because you just set a tax for one product in the whole website, not for each store view. With Magento Tax per Store View, it is very easy and simple to charge particular taxes.
Scope of Tax class attribute is changed into Store View after installing this module. You can configure it in Manage Attributes.
Then you can set up different tax for each product per store view in the Price section of the backend.
For examples: - Customers buy a watch on English store view and have to pay an additional tax amount with rate of 8.25%:

- Customers buy this watch on French store view and only have to pay an additional tax amount with rate of 4.92%:

Magento 2 Tax per Store View extension (https://bsscommerce.com/tax-per-store-view-for-magento-2.html) is available now with the same function as Magento 1 version. However, setting up taxes is much more simple
