Do you have a Real Estate or Appraisers license or certification? NC or SC appraiser Trainee needed. Building a new office and staffing up in Supply NC. Have room for any and all Real Estate Brokers, best splits, 85/15. free tools, leads, training etc.... Will consider new licensed persons with good work ethics.
Have room for A Appraisal trainee, must be licensed or ready to get license to be considered. This is a demanding field and rates are on the rise, which translates into more money for all. So if you are already doing appraisal work and looking to join a team and maximize your time and efforts and reduce your overhead, call me today, if you are looking to make a change this may be just the time. Also open to talking with certified appraisers who are looking to do team work. I would want to partner with those who are not afraid to use trainees.
