For a Magento stores with multiple store views, we can also use Tax per Store View extension to charge different taxes for products per store view. By changing Scope of Tax class into Store View, admin can easily set up diferrent tax for a product in each store view.

• Customers buy a English  store view and have to pay an tax amount with rate of 8.25%:
