Title: How to set min and max order quantity per category in Magento 2

Magento 2 default does not support setting limit for order quantity per category. Min/Max Order Quantity per Category for Magento 2 (http://bsscommerce.com/magento-minimum-maximum-order-quantity-per-category-magento-2.html)  will solve this problem by one click.
