Looking for a way to set the lowest order amount limit for category in Magento?Minimum Amount for Category (https://bsscommerce.com/magento-minimum-amount-for-category-extension.html) is all you need to get this done from backend.
The module supports:

• Set a limit for minimum order amount of category at backend.
