In Magento tutorial, we can easily create a shopping cart price rule in Magento 2 by going Promotion and Add a new rule. However, the rules we created will be applied for the whole website no matter which store views customers are staying in. Therefore, to have a rule applied for each store view, we need to use an extension called Shopping Cart Price Rule per Store View for Magento 2 (http://bsscommerce.com/shopping-cart-price-rule-per-store-view-for-magento-2.html).
- Set up a shopping cart price rule for each store view
+ The rule “ 20% OFF for orders including 3 or more products†is set up for English store view

+ The rule “30% OFF for orders which has subtotal greater than $500†for French store view

- Easily choose store view to set up rules

- Work well with Multiple Store View Pricing for Magento 2 (http://bsscommerce.com/magento-multiple-store-view-pricing-for-magento-2.html) which allows setting up different prices of products per store view.
