For Magento 2, we can also set up different catalog price rules per store view that default Magento 2 does not support. By using Catalog Price Rule per Magento 2 Store View extension (https://bsscommerce.com/catalog-price-rule-per-store-view-for-magento-2.html), it is completely easy to do it by choosing store view as a condition when creating rule
