For some people it is not possible to afford professional firearms safety training course. There are many institutes that provide cheap training courses but they are either not NRA certified or they don't enable a person to apply for the gun license.
For those people, learning gun shooting is not impossible. Buy any BB gun and practice on a wall. Mark the target on a piece of paper and shoot with your gun while moving, ducking, and even crouching.
