Except for flash sale which already pass, the rest like 30% discount at first invoice, 25%, 20% off etc are still working.
In the Hosgator website you choose the plan, and then under the bottom page section 5, there is coupon code section where you can enter the coupon code and you can press validate before you click next step to pay.
I just try 5 minutes ago, and it validates ok and showing the correct discount amount in the summary. Suggest you can still use TOP35 for 35% discount code. :)
