Title: Suggest any exact cloth size finder tool for Magento?

In my store, the only options are color and size (small, medium, large, & extra large).
I want to add more fields like exact shoulder size, length, waist, trouser size, etc.

With the help of this extension your customers can enter their desired clothing parameters like neck, waist, check, thighs, etc size to find the exact outfit.
