How to configure price range for product to allow customers to enter their desired price in Magento store?

I would recommend to use FME Custom Price Magento Extension which enables you to set a price range for products and allow the customers to enter their desired price.
You can also limit the number of attempts to enter price for a specific product. This extension basically adds a bargaining feature to your e-store.
