How can I reward the customers who refers their friends to my online shop?
How to track all such customers and assign reward points or discounts?

It's difficult to manage the new referral customers.
I would suggest to use an extension Like FME Refer A Friend which enables you to reward the new customers and also offer special privileges to those customers who refer their friends.
