The OneCoin website is located at www.onecoin.eu and is we think some kind of digital currency and started by Dr. Ruja Ignatova.
Is this similar to Bit Coin?
We don't understand how all this digital coin stuff works.
If someone can explain we would appreciate it.
Is it legit or a scam?
