Supplier briefings are usually held as a part of the tendering process and include all suppliers who wish to respond to a tender. The purpose of these briefings is to create an awareness amongst potential suppliers about the specifications and contractual conditions of council tenders and then provide them the opportunity to ask further clarify their queries, which are then documented along with the responses and issued as an appendix along with the tender.
