Hi,

Formal training is part of the process and certification is a must in almost all situations. After successful completion of the educational requirements and scoring adequately to pass the certification program will allow you to perform the tasks of a CNA.

The goal is to get a job toughing it out as a CNA for a bit then getting one of the hospitals to pay for me to go back to school and become. training for cna classes (http://usacnatraining.com)
