A: We manually review every order before the provision. All of our    Virtual Private Server & dedicated servers are set up within 24    hours once the first payment has been received, other services may take    different time depends on type of service. If you're 1st time ordering    service, services setup may take more than 24 hours as you have to be    verified 1st time via our billing department before service  provision.
 
Q. I want to create a XEN server or OpenVZ server, would you help me to install Xen or OpenVZ w. custom portioning?
A. Yes, we have Xen servers available and can be installed on request.   We will also help you if you want to setup these servers for creating   VPS servers.
 
 Q. Can I host friends?
A. Yes, you may host your friends.
 
 Q: Can you help transfer our data?
A: Actually we can do this as long as you have the data in a cPanel or DirectAdmin Server.
