Summers are near! Scorching Sun and intense heat! Yes, summers soon will approach us and it is the high time to do planning for summer vacation along with eye care. Here are few tips for eyes care in summer-
- Sunglasses- Sunglasses will not only protect your eyes from harmful ultraviolet UV radiations, but also from dust and pollution as well.
- Stay hydratd- Drink plenty of water and juices to avoid dry eyes as well to keep you healthy.
- Do eye exercise- Take short breaks between work and do some eye exercises to relax your eyes.
- Wear Hats-To further minimize sun damage to the eyes people of all ages should wear hats.
