Does anyone here knows how to clean a carpet? Does this kind of material needs special treatment? Part of the carpet has chocolate stains, how do I clean them the proper way? Can you help us out here?

I want to know if i have to use your carpet cleaning service for 5 months and you have to clean 2 big carpets present in my home then how much should i have to pay for that and should their any hidden conditions in your carpet cleaning service....Thanks
