I have a really embarrassing income tax question. Please help me with this?
I just had a baby back in December or 2012 and my mom asked if she could claim the baby so she could get the earned income tax credit. She told me that you can get the eic on 2 kids, and I have my 2 boys to claim so I agreed. But someone told me you can claim 3. I've tried looking on the irs website but none of that mess makes sense to me. Will I be able to claim 3 or just 2? And how much eic do you get per child? Thank you in advance.
