There are so many people in who wants to register a company in India from other countries and India as well. Nowadays so many people are there who are opening new companies related to different type of businesses but the procedure for opening a company will always remain same. People like Lawyers and Chartered Accountants have the authority to form new companies and register new firms. There is a planned procedure in company formation which has the following steps.
Step 1: Obtaining Director Identification Number (DIN)
Step 2: Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Step 3: Filing for Name Availability
Step 4: Preparing and Filing Incorporation Documents
Step 5: Receipt of CIN and Certificate of Incorporation
