More than 100 people came to Dibble Adult School last week to learn about American citizenship. Only these "students" were looking for more than a passing grade.They want to become U.S. citizens. Field agents talked to the attentive audience gathered in the cafeteria, explaining the steps to citizenship while handing out free educational resources and materials about N 400 (http://www.uscitizenship.info/articles/how-much-is-the-n-400-application-fee/index.html) filing."There were only 35 grants given out across the country and we were one of the four chosen from California," said Assistant Superintendent Cynthia Parulan-Colfer."Our target was to enroll 310 students over two years, but we've already hit our goal in the first year," the local administrator noted.
