Well the last year, i feel my hair has less power, feels more fragile and i reduce more hair also.
I hope to make it powerful. What are your ideas about taking extra supplements or vitamins?
Or should i stick to adding vitamins etc the natural way? Any tips so please share here.

Please be careful when your adding vitamins to your hair. Remember women have different types of hair and so does the treatment, so when hair is damaged, though, the scales may separate and hair become dry. Because the scales on dry hair don't protect the inner two layers as well, thats why hair can break and look dull.
There are also Natural Supplements for Hair Loss, like Vitamin D. It is used to treat the disease rickets, that characterized by hair loss.

Well I've a similar issue as well. My hair are also quite weak (that is kinda inherited as well), and falling.
I fear if my hair keeps on falling like this, I might become bald.

I also have the same problem. My hair is very thin, as in literally very thin. Each strand is very fine. What can i do to make it thicker? And dont even use gel or wax or dye my hair
