Title: Beware that USCIS has updated Form I-765!

The changes on Form I-765 (http://www.uscitizenship.info/us-visas/i-765-employment-authorization.jsp) are:
 
1. Expiration Date Added

2. Revision Date Changed

3. Bar code changed

4.  A minor  copy changes in "Certification" Section

5. Filing Fee related instructions
        i.  If you live in Guam, make check or money order payable to Treasurer, Guam. - Removed
        ii. If you live in the U.S. Virgin Islands, make check or money order payable to Commissioner of Finance of the Virgin Islands. - Removed

6. New form I-765WS for (c)(14), Deferred Action  - (Applicable only for FR I-765 (http://www.uscitizenship.info/us-visas/i-765-employment-authorization.jsp) standalone). Additional instructions were added to handle I-821D
