Reasons to file Form I-765:
Renewal EAD - Previous EAD expired.
Replacement EAD - EAD was lost, destroyed or card has incorrect information.
Interim EAD - Issued EAD for temporary period of time with restrictions.
When filing I-765 application you will need to identify which of the following categories below is
applicable in your eligibility in filing I-765 for Employment Authorization (http://) Document.
Asylee/Refugees
Nationality
Foreign Students
Employment-Based Non-immigrant
Family Based Non-immigrant
EAD Applicants who have already filed for Adjustment of Status
