The Department of Homeland Security has recently published a Business Transformation Regulation, said to be the first in a series of regulations intended to promote the migration of USCIS filings from a paper-based environment to an electronic one. The new regulation revises more than 50 parts of DHS regulations, and will become effective on Nov. 28, 2011. Comments and suggestions, if any, could be sent to USCIS till October 28, 2011.
