Glass bottles were very easy to clean and the material used for manufacturing glass bottles was very safe for babies and toddlers. In recent years, glass bottles have been greatly replaced by plastic bottles. These are light weight bottles and are almost damage proof. However, a chemical named bisphenol A (BPA) used for the manufacturing of these plastic bottles and other baby products is known to pose certain threats to the health of your baby.

Baby bottles are available in traditional straight top or an angled top. Straight top bottles are cheap and reusable. Moreover, they are easier to clean and you don't run out of liners. Angled bottles are best bottles for babies with reflux. The 45 degree angular top of the bottle directly goes in the mouth of your baby, so that feeding in the upright position is possible.
