MY ping is Good...I check my Computer Local LAN'S Connection Ping by CMD prompt method...
Start->Run->Ping My ip ..It shows good results.
I checked Google server Ping on my computer by using the site whoisxy (http://www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx)
