People with colds know different and seemed uncomfortable pain and increase during the evening. Some people understand that simply cold symptoms more visible at night, when there are fewer distractions to pull attention away from uncomfortable. However, the fact that there are one or two factors that could contribute directly or indirectly exacerbate the symptoms of cold during the night and factors that may contribute to the discomfort of cold symptoms in the evening is the fact that the Commission now horizontal instead of vertical. Cold symptoms often feel worse at night because when we lie down, gravity causes mucus to pool, leading to more congestion and pressure in our sinuses. During the day, we're distracted by activities, so we don't notice the discomfort as much, but at night, with fewer distractions, the symptoms become more noticeable. Additionally, our body's natural rhythms can increase inflammation in the evening, making us feel worse.
