    * Gram dhal- 2 table spoon.

    * Red chilly- 5(In number).

    * Onions- 3(finely chopped).

    * Potato- 2(In number).

    * Cauliflower- 1 cup.

    * Carrot- 2(In number).

    * Beans- 3(In number).

    * Asafetida- 2teaspoon .

    * Salt, oil, water- needful amount.

Good recipe for the mixed vegetables fry. I like this recipe and learned how to fry the mixed vegetables.
