    * Basmati rice- 1 kg.

    * Ghee- 200 grams.

    * Tomato- 1(In number).

    * Onions- 2(In number).

    * Garlic, ginger paste- 2 table spoon.

    * Coconut-5 pieces.

    * Cloves and bay leaves- 2(In number).

    * Salt- needful amount.
