Great service. Everything came to me faster then I expected. I had a few questions and when I called the customer service, they were so nice and very helpful. Plus, They have a great selection to choose from, plus best prices. I will be shopping from them in the future.

I ordered on line recently, and after reading all the awful reviews, I called to cancel the next morning. They answered the phone immediately and were very polite and accepting of my desire to cancel. They handled it so well that I decided NOT to cancel. They stated the item was in stock and would ship from Ohio on that day, which it did. I received it in a matter of days and it is perfect. This was an item that retails for $129 elsewhere. I paid $74.95 and no shipping charges (a large canine cooler pet bed). Very happy!
