Title: Procedure to Renew or Replace Green Card.

Green card need to be renewed if it was issued since 1989, and if card had expiration date on it, which tell when it should be renewed. If you are unable to renew green card (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/renewal-green-card-Form-I-90-replace.jsp), you must apply for fee waiver according to standard procedure. If you unable to appear in person sue to disability or age you must visit local USCIS office and request for accommodation.

Green card to be replaced when its lost, damaged, destroyed or mutilated.  To update green card (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/index.jsp) after any legal name change or bio-graphic data. If there is any USCIS administrative error and card never received(No fee).
