Here I would like to commend a new software name's Windows Password Key 8.0.
It works very prefect to regain your password .Also use boot CD/DVD.

Well, i searched from website and got the answer:
1. click the right-facing arrow next to the padlock icon in Windows 7 and click "Log Off." Then log into an account with Administrative privileges.
2. click the Windows Orb, then type the word "command" in the search box at the bottom of the menu.
3. Type "net user Administrator"
4. Close the command prompt window and restart your computer. Log in using the Administrator account and the new password that you have selected.

With this way, you can recover Windows7 admin password. But it seems a little complex. Here is an easy-to-use Windows 7 password recovery tool---Windows Password Unlocker, which can safely and quickly change the lost Windows 7 password.
