Walking is very good for healthy life. But using your walk efficiently is most important part of exercise.
Try this;
- Walk an extra mile, if you go at a 4 MPH speed it will take only 15 minutes.
- Speed up. Walk for the same amount of time you usually do, but go a half-mile per hour faster.
- Kick it into high gear. Slip in a 3/4-mile run before or after your walk.

Morning walk is very good for our health. It helps us to clean our blood and save us from different deceases.

I agree that walking is a great exercise. But I have one question that's bothering me a lot.
Is it true that walking exercises makes your butt go bigger? If it is, is there a simple exercise that needs not to go to a gym that widens your shoulder to make it proportioned with your butt? I have this girl friend who is not very comfortable with her butt size (not proportion to her shoulders). I don't know what to say to make her feel comfortable and shes not convinced whenever I say its beautiful, that's shes beautiful.
