Title: How Can I Track and Maintain Unused Products in Field Services Using Odoo?

I'm currently using Odoo 18 with Odoo Support (https://webkul.com/odoo-support-and-maintenance-services/) and Maintenance modules enabled. We offer field services where some products (like spare parts or tools) are stocked but not always sold or invoiced directly. I want to ensure these products are still tracked for usage, maintenance, or servicing, even if they haven’t been part of a sales order.
Is there a way in Odoo Field Services to assign or log product maintenance tasks for items not tied to a sale? Would I need to customize a workflow, or is there a setting in Odoo Support services to handle such cases?


Any advice from those who've handled similar workflows would be really helpful!
