I’m currently evaluating Recruitment CRM Software (https://krayincrm.com/industries/recruitment/) to improve our candidate engagement and sourcing efficiency. We already use an ATS, but it's not great for proactive talent relationship management. I'm looking for a CRM software for recruitment that integrates well with job portals (like LinkedIn, Indeed), supports automated workflows, and allows for segmentation of talent pipelines.
Has anyone successfully implemented a Recruitment CRM alongside their existing ATS? What features or API capabilities should I prioritize for seamless integration and data flow? Also curious if any platforms offer built-in compliance features (GDPR, EEOC, etc.)?
