    * Basmati rice – 250 (grams)

    * Butter – 2 (table spoons)

    * Onion – 2 (finely chopped)

    * Coriander leafs – 1 (table spoon chopped)

    * Egg – 6 (nicely bitten)

    * Chilly – 3 (in number)

    * Salt – need full amount

    * Carrot – 3 (finely chopped)
