I would like to thanks for providing such a nice information with us. I have to say that vegetarian diet is good things to stay healthy and fit. I think you should eat everyday green salads, grains, nuts, seeds and fruits which helps to weight loss.

According to me Health and beauty is very simply define:-
health is your fitness and beauty is your face look .I would
like to suggest for both (Health &Beauty), you have need take
vitamins and supplements foods and drink plenty of water.
Do some exercise and some difficult workout then several other
from the exercise .

Vegan diet best for natural results, i should recommend that
with basic exercise, avoid junk food.
