If you take too much B-12 there are indeed side effects.
I took too much for awhile and became EXTREMELY dizzy and even had a few bouts of vertigo.

B-12 is good, but not too much!

It is very important to keep track of food vitamins which your baby is getting. Most children are found deficient of vitamins because their parents don't understand what diet plan will be good for their child. They give unbalanced food which result in child's loss of appetite, diarrhea, and deficiencies.
