Planning of this major life event is a big undertaking, from finalizing colors to booking vendors, writing your vows and hiring a catering company, it can be a totally overwhelming task. Your wedding should be a reflection of the unique love you and your partner share and FOOD for sure can play an essential role.

For event’s catering, there are various affordable catering services available in the market. And, you have selected a caterer that is good for you and also you have asked for setting up a meeting with them. But, the trouble is you don’t know what to ask from caterers.

1. Do they have availability on the date of your event?
2. Are they licensed?
3. Ask for some menu suggestions with rates
4. Do they have liquor insurance?
5. Get references from previous clients
6. What does your cost incorporate? Does it rely upon the menu or do you have a level rate? Does it incorporate VAT, tip, rentals, flatware, tea, and espresso for the visitors?
7. What number of servers will you give? What will they wear/would they be able to give outfits? Will they be in charge of laying the tables, putting favors and place settings?
