Lupus is an autoimmune disease, two which have some genetic factors. It is also tied to environmental risks, which may determine whether people actually ever clear of the disease. Such environmental factors also play a role in the degree to which lupus can affect a person's life and death. Thus, while some with lupus can have a genetic predisposition to this disease, and not with all the genetic factors will lupus.Lupus is most common in African societies, which affects nearly three times more than the people in the rest of the population of racial combined. This factor alone points to the genetic origins of lupus, especially when relatively small groups of people seem to lupus and clear on a more regular basis. 1997 study by the National Institute of Health Assessment form of lupus that lead to high incidence of diseases due to the deterioration of the kidneys. The team studied the population was African Americans. And found a specific gene to be most significant in determining the lupus involving the kidneys, also called lupus nephritis. In almost all cases of this study suffer from this situation, showing the presence of specific genes to be weaker than that in the current version of the participants who did not have lupus.
